The New Hire Onboarding program lacked cohesion and an effective means to measure the New Hires' success and acclimation into their new role.

Solution

I created this deck and program outline to showcase an improved onboarding program. This program focuses on identifying knowledge/skill gaps and monitoring the success/achievement of the New Hires post-onboarding.
